House Rules

We have a few house rules that we request that you do observe:

Check-in time is after 3pm, key will be obtained from the key safe located to the right of the front door. Combination will be provided on confirmation of booking.
Check-out time is before 10am, key to be left inside property and property locked on exit.
All used crockery and cutlery to be washed and put away before you leave, there is a dishwasher provided.
No parties or visitors (other than yourselves) to stay overnight.
Dogs are welcome but please do not leave alone within property and cleanup after them (doggie bags provided).
Please report all breakages.
Please ensure heatpump/aircon/panel heaters are switched off before you leave.
